# Adding and Configuring New Parties

## Introduction

When performing due diligence on an organisation, you must document and verify the key individuals associated with it. This article explains how to add new parties, assign their roles, and set up their individual verification options.

## Steps

1. **Initiate Adding a Party**: Scroll to the party section and click the **+ Add another party** button.
2. **Select Party Type**: In the modal that appears, choose the appropriate category (e.g., **Representative**) and check relevant roles like **Authorised to act on behalf of the entity** or **Ultimate beneficial owner (UBO)**.
3. **Enter Party Contact Information**: Fill out the required personal details including **First name**, **Surname**, **Date of Birth**, **Mobile number**, and **Email address**, then click **Save**.
4. **Repeat for Additional Parties**: If needed, click **+ Add another party** again to enter details for other key individuals.
5. **Configure Verification Capacities**: In each individual's verification section, select their capacity (such as **Director** or **Individual**). If **Director** is selected, enter the associated company name in the prompt field.
6. **Set Up Additional Forms**: For services like the Client Authorisation Form, select the specific transaction type (e.g., **Transfer**) from the dropdown menu.
7. **Resolve Missing Information**: Review the listed clients and their current compliance statuses under the main checklist. Check the client representative's profile for warnings such as **Email address missing** or **Mobile number missing** — and if a client reports not receiving a request, check whether their details were entered correctly in the first place. Click the edit pencil icon next to their name at any time to add missing details or correct existing ones.
8. **Submit Orders**: Review the consolidated order summary to confirm all desired checks are active. Click **Continue** at the bottom of the page to launch the verification confirmation popup. Confirm the 2FA mobile number and click **Confirm** to submit the onboarding orders.

## Summary

By manually adding each representative and defining their capacity, you establish clear pathways for identity verification and authorisation forms tailored to their specific roles within the transaction.
