# How to check Training Status and access your Training Completion Certificate

## Summary

You can check your AML/CTF training status from the **Training** area in the AML/CTF Compliance Centre. If you’ve completed all required modules, you can view and download your official completion certificate (showing your name and completion date) for record-keeping, audits, or proof of completion.

## When to Use This

Use this guide to:

* confirm whether your training is still in progress or complete
* review which modules you’ve completed
* access and download your completion certificate

## Check your training status (and view completed modules)

1. From the main dashboard, open the **AML/CTF Compliance Centre**.
2. Click the **Training** tab.
3. On the Training page, review your current training status (for example, whether there are any modules remaining under **To do**, or whether training is complete).
4. Scroll down to the **Completed** section to view a list of modules you have finished (and completion dates, if shown).

## Download your completion certificate

The **Get your certificate** button is only available after you have completed all required modules.

### Option A: Download the certificate immediately after completion

1. Complete all required sections of your training module(s). When the final requirement is completed, you will see a **"Congratulations!"** message confirming completion.
2. Click **Get your certificate**.
3. You will see a preview of your AML/CTF completion certificate (showing your name and the date of completion).
4. The system will generate a PDF and prompt you to download/save it (depending on your browser settings, the PDF may download automatically).
5. If a completion pop-up appears after the download prompt, click **Finish** to close the pop-up and return to the training dashboard.

5. Click **Get your certificate**.

7. Click **Finish** to close the pop-up and return to the training dashboard (if shown).

### Viewing completed modules and dates after completion

On the Training page, you can scroll down to the **Completed** section to see all completed training modules and the dates they were completed.

## Common Questions

**Where does the file go after I click save?** The file is saved to the specific location you selected in the file explorer window. If you didn't see a window, check your computer's default **Downloads** folder.

## Troubleshooting Tips

**The "Get your certificate" button is not visible.** Double-check that you have fully completed every part of the training (all required modules). The certificate option is only presented after 100% completion.
