# How to Download the Completed VOI Report

## Summary

This guide explains how to access and download the final Verification of Identity report after the review process is complete.

## When to Use This

Use this after submitting the VOI review to retain a copy of the final report for your records, or when you need to access historical VOI reports from the dashboard.

## Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Immediately after submitting the VOI, you will see a "VOI completed" screen. Click **Download report** to get the file right away, or click **Go to dashboard**.

2. On the client's dashboard, look under the "Verification of Identity" section.
3. The status will now show as "Completed". Click the **Download** button to save the report to your computer.
4. Alternatively, click **View** to open the report directly, or access order information from the dropdown menu.
5. Note that the completed VOI details will also automatically populate in the AML summary section on the dashboard.

## Common Questions

**Where is the report saved?** The report will be downloaded to your browser's default download folder, typically as a PDF file.

**Can I access the report later?** Yes, you can always navigate back to the client's dashboard at any time to view or download the completed VOI report.

## Troubleshooting Tips

**Report isn't downloading:** Check your browser settings to ensure pop-up blockers or download restrictions aren't preventing the file from saving. Refresh the dashboard page and try clicking "Download" again.
