# How to Verify Your Mobile Number for VOI Review

## Summary

This article explains how to complete the two-factor authentication step required before you can review a client's submitted VOI documents.

## When to Use This

This is the mandatory first step that occurs immediately after you click "Review" on a completed Verification of Identity request.

## Step-by-Step Instructions


1. After clicking **Review** on the client's VOI, you will be prompted to verify your mobile number.
2. A unique verification code will be sent to the mobile number of the user who originally sent the VOI request.

3. Enter the security code into the provided field on the screen.

4. Click the **Continue** button to proceed. The system will then analyze the documents, which may take up to a minute.
