# Summary

Reliance Agreements allow organisations to share compliance Due Diligence checks with external partners. Reviewing and accepting them ensures mutual compliance obligations are formally acknowledged and documented between cooperating entities.

## Introduction

The Reliance agreements tab allows you to manage your Reliance Agreements. You can review requested agreements, manage your existing active agreements, or initiate new agreements with other parties.

## Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the AML/CTF Compliance Centre and click the the **Reliance agreements** tab.

2. Review the **Requested agreements** section to see any agreements that have been requested from you by another party.

4. Clicking the **+ New agreement** button will initiate a new Reliance Agreement.
5. To view the details of an existing agreement, locate the agreement in the list and click the **View** button next to its status.

## Common Questions

**Can I see agreements that are pending?** Yes, the status of agreements, including those pending signing, is displayed in the **Your agreements** list.

## Troubleshooting Tips

**I can't find a specific agreement.** Ensure you are checking both the Requested agreements and Your agreements sections. You can also use the filtering options in the Your agreements list to find specific records by start date or status.
