## Dashboard Access Overview

As a Senior Manager or Client-facing staff member, you do not have full administrative access to all functionalities within the Compliance Centre.

* **Restricted Access**: You generally do not have access to **Staff Onboarding** features.
* **Transaction Visibility**: You retain the ability to view all transactions. Your view of the **Transactions** tab allows you to monitor activity similarly to a Governing Body role or a Compliance Officer.

## Navigating the interface

The interface is designed to provide visibility where needed while restricting administrative control. You will primarily interact with:

* **Transactions**: For monitoring workflow.
* **Policies and Risk Assessments**: View-only access to firm-wide documents.
* **Training**: Full access to complete assigned modules.

## Understanding Unavailable Documents

If you navigate to these tabs and see a message such as **"Policy and processes are not available"** or **"Your firm's risk assessment is not available,"** this is normal behavior under specific conditions.

### What This Means

* This "empty state" indicates that your **Compliance Officer** has not yet completed or uploaded these specific documents to the Compliance Centre.
* The content is hidden because it does not exist in the system yet.
* Once the Compliance Officer completes these tasks, the documents will automatically become available for you to view.
