# Understanding the Transactions list

## Summary

The **Your transactions** table provides a detailed list of all ongoing onboarding transactions. This guide explains how to read the table columns, interpret status indicators, and use search and filter tools to find specific clients.

## Table Columns Explained

The table displays the following information for each transaction:

* **Client Name:** The individual, organisation, or trust being onboarded, along with the associated matter reference.
* **Checks:** Displays the status of compliance checks (e.g., Verification of Identity, PEPs and Sanctions).

* **Risk:** Shows the current risk rating for the client (High, Medium, Low, or N/A).
* **Latest Activity:** The date of the most recent activity on the file.
* **Actions:** Indicates if there are pending tasks (e.g., "2 actions"). You can click this and it will direct you the AML Summary to review if outstanding items need resolution.
* **Person Responsible:** The avatar of the staff member managing the transaction. Hover over the avatar to see their full name.

## Searching and Filtering

To locate specific transactions or analyse data, use the toolbar above the table:

1. **Search:** Type a client name or matter reference in the search bar to filter the list instantly.
2. **Filter by Risk:** Click the **Risk** dropdown to view only clients with specific ratings (e.g., High, Medium, Low).
3. **Filter by Activity Date:** Use the **Latest activity** dropdown to select a date range.
4. **Filter by Person Responsible:** Select a specific team member to view only the transactions they are managing.

You can also sort the table rows by clicking on any column header (e.g., to sort by **Latest Activity** from newest to oldest).
