## When to Use This

Use this step after passing the two-factor authentication, to carefully review and validate the documents and data the client has submitted.

## Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Review the "Your client details" section, which includes the legal name, phone number, and email address.
2. Examine the "Your Client's Real Time Photograph" section to review the biometric photo submitted by the client.
3. Scroll down to review the provided identity documents, such as a foreign passport.
4. Check that the data match has been automatically verified by the system against internal logic and external data sources.
5. Review the extracted document details (e.g., document number, family name, issuing country, date of birth, expiry date).
6. If you are satisfied with the documents, click **Continue**.
7. If you are not satisfied, click the **Request resubmission** button to ask the client for new or additional documentation.

## Common Questions

**How is the data match verified?** The system automatically verifies the document details against internal match logic and external data sources to ensure authenticity.

**What should I do if the document image is blurry?** If any document is unreadable or unsatisfactory, use the "Request resubmission" button to ask the client to submit a clearer copy or an additional document.

## Troubleshooting Tips

**Data match fails:** If the automatic verification fails, carefully inspect the document details manually against the client's provided information. You may need to request a resubmission if there are significant discrepancies.
