Modifying Sent KYC Onboarding Forms
Introduction
Once an onboarding order is placed, you may need to update the options or services requested within a client's KYC Onboarding form. This guide explains how to edit and save changes to a client's onboarding form after it has been sent.
Steps

From the client onboarding dashboard, locate the specific client whose form needs updating.

Next to the KYC onboarding form line item, click the three vertical dots to open the actions menu.

Select Edit from the dropdown options. You will be redirected to the Edit form portal.

Update the form as required.

Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the page.

A confirmation message ("Form updated") will appear in the top-right corner, indicating that the changes have been successfully committed.

Click the Close button in the bottom right corner of the page.
