Complete this step at the end of the VOI review process, once you have thoroughly reviewed and approved the client's identity information.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Read the "Verifier declaration" to ensure the details are correct, including the date the identification was carried out and the types of electronic documents provided.

  2. In the "Your signature" section, check the box to confirm that you have taken reasonable steps to verify the person's identity.

  3. Check the box to confirm you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

  4. Use your mouse, stylus, or finger to draw your signature in the provided box.

  5. If you make a mistake, click Clear signature to start over.

  6. Once your signature is captured, click the Submit the VOI button.

What am I agreeing to when I sign? You are officially declaring that you have taken reasonable steps to verify the client's identity documents, that they relate to the client, and that you accept the terms and conditions of the process.
