Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the staff member's onboarding profile and locate the Personal Due Diligence (PDD) section.
  2. Find the Bankruptcy register search item in the checklist.
  3. If you have not performed the search yet, use the provided link to conduct the search within the InfoTrack or triSearch platform. The button labelled Bankruptcy register search will link you to the relevant page within the InfoTrack or triSearch platform.
  4. Once you have the search results, click the Upload button to open a pop-up where you can update the status and upload the required document.
  5. In the pop-up window, answer the declaration question by selecting one of the following:
    • Not bankrupt
    • Currently on the bankrupt index
    • Has been on the bankrupt index in the past
  6. Drag and drop or click browse files to attach the evidence document from your search.
  7. Click Complete to mark this check as complete.
