## Introduction

If a staff member has not received their initial onboarding invitation, or if the invitation link has expired, Compliance Officers can easily resend the verification link directly from the platform.

## Steps


1. On the **Staff onboarding** dashboard, locate the staff member whose verification status is marked as "SENT".
2. Click on their name or row to open their **Personnel Due Diligence** checklist.
3. Next to the "Verification of identity" row, click the three-dot actions menu icon located adjacent to the "SENT" status.
4. Select **Resend** from the dropdown menu.
5. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click the green **Send** button.
6. A success notification will appear at the top-right of the screen confirming that the link has been successfully sent.

## Summary

Resending the verification link ensures that employees can easily access their outstanding onboarding tasks and complete their identity verification without administrative delays.
