This guide shows how to complete the final attestation and formally onboard a Trust after all required checks and risk assessments have been processed.

## When to Use This

Use this as the final step in the KYB process. It provides a formal checklist to ensure you have established reasonable grounds to work with the client before the data is finalized and synced.

## Step-by-Step Instructions


1. From the **AML Summary** view, scroll down to the **Final onboarding checks** section.

2. Click **Complete** to open the final checklist window.
3. Review the attestation points to confirm you are satisfied with the identity, the authority of the representatives, and the nature of the business relationship.
4. Check the "Select all" box or individual boxes, then click **Save**.
5. If comfortable to onboard the Trust, click the **Onboard** button that appears.

6. In the confirmation pop-up, click **Onboard** again to finalize the attestation.

7. The Trust is now successfully onboarded, and the data will seamlessly feed into the Compliance Centre and your practice management system.

## Common Questions

* **Where does the client data go after I click Onboard?**
  Once finalized, the record seamlessly feeds into the Compliance Centre and pushes back to your connected practice management system.
* **What should I do if I am not satisfied with one of the final checks?**
  If you cannot confidently agree to the statements in the final onboarding checklist, do not proceed with the attestation until further due diligence resolves the discrepancies.

## Troubleshooting Tips

* If the final **Onboard** button is not available, ensure that all required checks, including the Risk Assessment and any mandatory forms, have been fully completed and saved.
