The Compliance Centre includes a dedicated **Training** tab that is accessible to all staff members within your firm. This section is designed to help staff understand their obligations through structured learning resources developed by Grant Thornton.

## Key Features of the Training tab

* **Access:** Every staff member in the firm has access to the Training tab.
* **Course Library:** The learning program contains 10 individual training modules for completion.
* **Content Format:** Each module consists of a short video, typically lasting 10 to 15 minutes.
* **Assessment:** After watching the video, users must complete a series of questions to verify their understanding.
